Sub-processors — DataPoint adVantage
The third parties that process data on our behalf. This page is the authoritative list, referred to by our Privacy Policies and by the Data Processing Addendum.

We do not sell personal information.
We do not use your data to train AI models, and our agreement with Anthropic does not permit them to train on it either — their Commercial Terms, which govern our use of the API, state that "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services".
How long Anthropic keeps what we send, and the rest of their handling of it, is set out in their own policies at https://privacy.claude.com. We link rather than restate it, because it is their document to change and a copy here would go stale without anyone noticing.
Changes to this list
We will post any addition or replacement here, and give 30 days' notice, before the new provider begins processing.
If you are a hiring customer and you object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us within that period. We will try to offer an alternative, and if we cannot you may terminate the affected part of your subscription without penalty for the remainder of its term. That is the right the Data Processing Addendum refers to.
This list covers the providers WE engage. Each of them has its own providers, bound by its own agreement with us; those are not listed here and changes inside them are not changes to this list.
